This function calculates the aromaticity according to Lobry, 1994. It is simply the relative frequency of Phe+Trp+Tyr.
The aromaticity function on amino insight uses the biopython library. You can learn more and install this library here. Aromaticity refers to aromatic amino acids, that is the amino acids with benzene rings - phenylalanine, tryptophan and tyrosine.
