This is a brief introductory tutorial on how to use the Amino Insight website. Each tool has an entry box where you enter the single letter code for the protein sequence. The sequence can be anything, if you are curious about the properties of a random sequence or a particular protein, the tool will calculate it. You can search for protein sequences on protein databases, one example is UniProt. If you aren't sure about what the single letter code is for an amino acid, you can search it in the Amino Insight table. A YouTube video is provided below outlining how to use each tool.
