This amino insight function calculates the isoelectric point of a protein using biopython - that is the pH at which the electric charge is zero. The distribution of charge across different pH ranges can be also be viewed using the isoelectric point graphing tool on amino insight here. The graphing function is a scatter chart, which can be saved as an image if desired. It is also interactive, hovering on a specific point on the graph will display the values of charge and pH.
